We encourage students to be team players, rather than mute receivers in the knowledge building process. Their opinion is often taken into account in many academic and other matters without compromising the institute discipline. For this, we have put in place a number of systems and appropriate controls to ensure their positive implementation.

Further grooming of students takes place with a number of co-curricular programs including soft-skill developments, additional technical skills with the participation of renowned professionals from industry and business. We are among a few institutes, who are IAO certified. NILAI got IAO certificate from International Accreditation Organization (IAO) a prestigious body especially in Europe & USA.

For continual improvement, we carry out two Internal Audits of all of our processes like teaching learning, laboratory management, library management annually which and followed by management Review Meetings and IAO Surveillance audits every year.
