None can deny that present era is of modern education, science and technology. It is also an established fact that no country can serve gracefully and flourish without its own trained personnel and technocrats. With this thought in mind, the college in its long history has accommodated students and faculty of different communities.

We try to fulfill the long standing necessity of the economically, politically and socially backward community. Due to the long felt need of training the graduates, the Rauf Muslim Jamia (an educational society registered by Bihar Govt.) under Article 30 (1) of the constitution of India, established and sponsored S.M.Zaheer Alam Teachers Training College in 1984. Since its establishment, the college has been teaching B.Ed and E.T.E/D.Ed Courses.
