A Little About Us
Oriental College of Education is situated at the entry point to the city of Darbhanga. The Educational backwardness and growing number of unemployed youth in the Society especially in minority community necessited the establishment of Oriental College of Education. The college works under the aegis of AL-UMMA Educational and Welfare Society with the registration number 1228/04 under the society of registration Act 21, 1860
Darbhanga is known as the seat of learning. It has contributed a lot in the field of education and recently it seems that the city has pledged to provide quality education to all and sundry.
Darbhanga boast to have two renowed universities of Bihar i.e. Lalit Narayan Mithila University and Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University. It is situated in the north-east of Patna at a distance of 140 KM on the National Highway route. The Golden Quadilaberal road project passes through the heart of city making it accessible from every corner of India. It has direct railway Connectivity from all the metros of India
