It was the Sweet, Smooth, Fairy and Cherished dream of the founder that India’s freedom integrity and prosperity depends upon the depends upon the shoulder of coming generations, who are raw materials in the hands of good teachers because if a teacher has brilliant caliber the nations freedom and integrity is secure and safe. The teacher is the real dynamic force of school and Education system. The moment one thinks of a teacher, qualities such as respect, honesty, obedience, co-operation, patience, sincerity, credibility, self-knowing and God-fearing immediately erupts into our mind. In the India culture, a teacher has been given a higher position than that of a god. A student is entirely depend on him as it is the teacher that enlightens him by imparting knowledge. He is known as Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwar, Prajapati etc. He is that force which directly ad indirectly touches the hearts of coming generations. By crossing National and geographical limits (Boundaries), the teacher takes the world and mankind on the path of progress. Thus it can be said that the progress of Nation and of mankind depends upon the teachers. “AL-HASSAN TEACHERS’ TRAINING COLLEGE” was established in the year 2007. Under Article 29 and 30 of the constitution of INDIA by a team of devoted and dedicated persons from a cross section of the society to restore the past glory and take it to new heights of achievement by blending the time-tested thoughts and values with new ideas. Article “30(i)” was inserted to guard the educational interest of Minority Communities providing privileges to establish educational institution of their choice piercing there in Article “29” sensing to maintain the secular standard of the right granted to minority community under the above said Article “30” of the constitution of India. The privilege to establish institution and to cater education particularly in the Minority Community is unfettered right granted to the Minority but not baring the interest of other community in general. With the passage of time our secular Govt. has also formulated various programmers for the upliftment of educationally, Socially, Morally, Physically and economically backward and downtrodden communities.
