Smt Mulawati Devi Ramdas Degree College is situated in village Baddu Ka Pura, Byur of Tehsil Handia of district Allahabad . Baddu Ka Pura, Byur is one of the biggest revenue village of Tehsil Handia. The literacy percentage in surrounding area comes to be very low. With the motive to extend higher education to the rural people as well as in backward area Smt Mulawati Devi Ramdas Degree College has been established.
