Shri Thakur Jee Maharaaj Mahavidyalaya, Purwa-Unnao (UP), affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (U.P.) and also have Recognition in National Council for Teacher Education for D. El. Ed. Course. This college has been established in 2009-10. The college has lush-green, Pollution and noice free campus area with all the infrastructure compatible to any modern Educational Institution in Unnao(U.P.)
This college has been established by Dr. V.K. Singh with motto to provide higher education to boys & girls of Unnao (U.P.). Management of this college is committed to impart qualitative education at higher level. College has dexterously been in service of Education since its inception. Today this institution has been recognized as one of the best educational centre in Unnao(U.P.)
At Shri Thakur Jee Maharaaj Mahavidyalaya, we look at education differently. For us, education does not lie in the quantification of knowledge. College has students and teachers from all communities and from all U.P. There are also some teachers and students from other states. College provides ample facilities for development of an integrated personality development. It has a fine library containing more than four thousand books. The College playing fields for out-door games are situated in the campus, there are facilities for playing all games.
