Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi .The is full time course .No other degree or diploma course can be pursued along with it.”

Eligibility
A person shall be eligible for being a candidate For admission in B.A. LL.B. (Hons) Five year integrated Course, Only if has passed one of the following the examinations or recognized equivalent examinations thereto.
a) 10+2 examination conducted by the U.P. Board CBSE or I.S.C.
b) Any other equivalent examination recognized by D.D.U. Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur.
c) Has secured not less than 45% of the total marks in the case of General and OBC candidates and not less than 40% of the total marks in the case of S.C. and S.T. candidates at such examination.
d) The candidates are not more than the age of prescribed by Bar Council of India from time to time.
Candidates shall be admitted to B.A. LL.B. (Hon’s.) Five Year Integrated course up to limit of seats made available by the D.D.U. Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur. and the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
The College reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning reasons and to make changes from time in the rules and procedure.
A Candidate who has made false statement in the specified Application Form for admission, or has omitted, concealed or misrepresented any relevant fact there in, or has appended any false or forged document therewith, shall forfeit the claim to be considered for admission.
The student shall be required to put in the minimum prescribed attendance in lectures (including practical’s) in each subject/paper.
