G.D.Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital was established in 2001 by visionary Dr. Ramjee Singh a veteran Homoeopath and leading practitioner and educationist of Homoeopathy. His interest and passion for Homoeopathy, was realized by the establishment of GDMHMCH in the capital of Bihar at Patna

GDMHMCH is governed by a Governing body constituted under the G.D. Memorial Foundation trust. It is recognized by the Central Council Of Homoeopathy, New Delhi. It is also recognized by the Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and the Government of Bihar. College is affiliated to the BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. In its very short span of life it has grown up as most successful and well developed institution involved in imparting knowledge through research and teaching in Homoeopathy by experienced academically qualified faculty members with ultra modern teaching aids.

Attached Hospital "GD Memorial specialties Hospital" provides the avenues for clinical teaching through its OPD and IPD where large numbers of patients visit for treatment.
