Homoeopathy is an internationally accepted system of medicine and is being Practiced in India for more than 150 Years. It was officially accepted by Government of India in 1973 through the Parliament by enacting Homeopathy Central Council act 1973. It was decided the Indian System of medicine including Homoeopathy should be contribute toward the development of National Health Services in the country.

Homeopathic system of medicine, recognized by Central and state Governments, is gaining ever increasing awareness among the Common people for being the most effective and yet the cheapest system of medicine.

The Magadh Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital Bihar Sharif(Nalanda) is a premier Institution in Eastern India, State of Bihar and is being managed by the strenuous efferts of the management & College staff. The College was established in the year of 1969 by Late Dr. B.P. Jawahar. Ex-State Health Minister Govt. of Bihar. We are sure this Institution be add new dimension and achieve glorious heights in the day to come.

The college is an old and well established College of Nalanda district in Bihar. The College is situated in the heart of the Town near Railway station. We can reach the College very easily by the Railway (Patna- Nalanda Main Track) or by Bus.

The college imparts education through a 5½ year degree course in Homoeopathy. Permitted by Govt of Bihar (B.H.M.S.) which is Recognised by the Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and affiliated to the B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzzafarpur.
