Welcome to Maharshi Mehi Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital Katihar

MAHARSHI MENHI HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL was established on 29th April 1980 in Katiharin the name of pious saint MAHARSHI MENHI, under the Governing Body. Presently, it is under the MAHARSHI MENHI CHARITABLE TRUST, KATIHAR.
The Institute, affiliated to the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzuffarpur, presently conducts the degree course in Homoeopathy viz Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery [B.H.M.S.] since 1987.
Today it consists of an Undergraduate section with an auditorium of 300 seating capacity, a hospital having an outpatient department and a 25 bedded inpatients department along with investigative facilities.
The Institute is functioning in its own campus measuring about 6 acres of land atJeewachh Nagar, Katihar, Bihar- 854105 and 2 acres at Kuretha, Katihar, with a total floor space of more than50 thousand square metres with effect from 11.08.2016.
